DAZZLING DIAMONDS CHORUS DIRECTOR

Director (Interim) - Cindy Cunningham

Cindy Sue Cunningham sang her first public solo at just eight years old and has been singing ever since—in choirs, choral ensembles, and theatrical productions. She brings more than 45 years of experience as a choral director,  having served in church, school, and university settings throughout her career. Cindy leads with unwavering high expectations and a clear, thoughtful plan to help us reach them—grounded in musical excellence, consistency, and joy.

Cindy became a member of Sweet Adelines International in 2022, singing with the Toast of Tampa Show Chorus and The Southern Company Chorus in Florida, and joined the Dazzling Diamonds Chorus after moving to Arkansas in 2025. While this is a leadership role she did not seek and accepted as a shared position, Cindy has embraced it with remarkable grace, enthusiasm, and generosity of spirit. We are grateful to have her—transplanted from Florida to Northwest Arkansas for a limited time—as our interim director through March, and we are excited to learn, grow, and laugh together under her leadership during this season.

Cindy and her husband, Darryl, are the proud parents of seven children and grandparents to 32 grandchildren.

Competition Director, 2025
Pamela Pelletier

In the years following COVID—and after the heartbreaking loss of our ffournding director Suzanne Graham and then the loss of our Show Me Harmony supporting director, Glenda Rucker—Pam graciously stepped forward to help guide the Dazzling Diamonds  With steady dedication and a genuine love for the chorus, she offers her time, talent, and energy to help us regain our musical footing and our confidence.

As she continued to grow in her musical leadership, Pam took on increasing responsibility, ultimately directing the chorus and leading us to the 2025 Regional Competition. Her commitment is marked by countless hours of preparation, encouragement, and behind-the-scenes effort—all given with a servant’s heart.

For her exceptional contributions, Pam was named Sweet Adeline of the Year, a recognition well-earned and deeply appreciated by the chorus. We are grateful for her willingness to step in during a pivotal chapter of our journey, helping to support the chorus as we rebuilt and moved forward. We are grateful for her continuing service and committment to The Dazzling Diamonds Chorus!

Interim Director - 2023

Glenda Rucker

Glenda’s love of music and her deep admiration for our late director, Suzanne Graham, shone through in every way. She wholeheartedly embraced the Dazzling Diamonds, adopting us as a sister chorus to her beloved Show Me Harmony Chorus.

In 2023, Glenda led the Dazzling Diamonds to competition, ensuring we met the requirements to fulfill our charter and remain a Sweet Adelines chorus. Her dedication, passion, and unwavering support made an immeasurable impact on us all.

Her sudden and unexpected passing in 2024 leaves a profound void, but her legacy will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Rest in peace, Glenda—you are truly a diamond.

FOUNDING MUSICAL DIRECTOR

SUZANNE MACHELLE GRAHAM (1964-2021)

Suzanne Machelle Graham was the heart and musical vision behind the Dazzling Diamonds Chorus. She led the chorus from its early beginnings in 2011, through our official chartering in 2013, and continued directing until her passing in 2021. Her passion for barbershop education and her dedication to excellence shaped the foundation of who we are today.

Suzanne achieved her Sweet Adelines International Director Certification at the 2014 Region 25 RAMM meeting, and in March 2019, she earned the prestigious title of “500 Director.” These milestones reflected her commitment to growth, musicality, and leadership.
